DELIVERY

We make every effort to process all Jodie Podie orders within a 48 hours period.  If we are unable to process your order within that time frame, we will contact you to let you know of the delay.  All orders are shipped by FedEx or Canada Post...you can choose the best shipping option that fits your needs.  All shipping information is in real time.  Any order placed after 3 pm on a Friday will be sent out on the following Tuesday.  As delivery times vary from area to area, please refer to the option that is best suited for your immediate delivery need.

RETURN POLICY FOR ONLINE SHOPPING

Jodie Podie is committed to making every customer a happy one. We take pride in each and every product that we make. If you experience a problem with any of our products, please don't hesitate to contact us at the address or our number, listed below.

If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase feel free to return the item back to us in it’s original “new and unused” condition within 30 days of goods being dispatched. This means goods in original packaging, intact, with original tags intact, blanket unwashed, unused and unsoiled. We reserve the right to refuse a product that we consider does not meet these requirements.

Postage on return is the sole responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

For all jodiepodie.com purchases, we will gladly exchange or return your item(s) within 30 days of your purchase. The item(s) must be in new, unused condition with the original tags and/or packaging and be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number. To request a Return Authorization Number please email with your full name and order number to: care@jodiepodie.com Please allow 1-2 full business days to receive your return authorization number and further instructions.

IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT RETURNS:

We can only exchange/return items purchased directly from jodiepodie.com. Any item deemed "used" will be ineligible for return. Pending inspection it is Jodie Podie’s sole discretion to determine if the item(s) have been used or been damaged other than original manufacturing defects. If that is the case, the item(s) will be returned to you and no return provided.  Your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days upon receipt and inspection of your return. It will be refunded in the original form of payment. Please note we have no control over your banking institution and your banking institution may require additional days to process and post the transaction to your account.

FAULTY GOODS

All orders from jodiepodie.com are checked by hand prior to being shipped, and all care is taken to ensure they are in good order.  Unfortunately faults do happen and we will happily exchange your product or give you a refund for any of our Collections proven to be faulty.

DAMAGED ITEMS

A great deal of care is taken in packaging your goods to ensure they arrive at your door intact. In the unfortunate event that your product arrives damaged in transit through Canada Post or FedEx, we can not accept responsibility. All complaints are to be forwarded to either Canada Post or FedEx.

PRODUCT COLOUR

Every effort is made to portray our items clearly and as accurately as possible on our website.  Please be advised all computer screen colour settings vary and can affect the way our products appear on the viewing monitor. Jodie Podie can not be held responsible for any colour discrepancies.
